Engelberg offers you great places to stay at the top of the mountains: restaurants, picnic spots, trekking tracks, cliff climbing, a small pond where you can swim, stunning views from the take-off area and much more to do also in the valley area.
Soar high in the sky and experience the freedom of flying as free as a bird! Flybypara will take you to the sky so you can explore the stunning panoramas of Engelberg! At the meeting point, you’ll be introduced to your friendly instructor who’ll give you a presentation on the activity and safety protocols. Then the spot of the day will be chosen depending on the weather and wind conditions, officially marking the beginning of your paragliding adventure!
You’ll take the cable car to the take-off point, this is the perfect time for you to ask any question you may have concerning your flight and general information about Engelberg. Your pilot will share all his knowledge, stories, anecdotes and more according to your wishes. Once you’re on the mountain, you’ll leave the cable car and walk to the take-off point. Here once again you’ll have a short briefing and equipment check. This is also the ideal time to pose for your pre-flight photos.
It’s time for the ultimate fun stuff, you take a few steps and you’re in the air! Now all you have to do is sit back, relax and take in the sumptuous views of the spectacular Mt. Titlis Glacier in Engelberg. The pilot will take care of everything, all you have to do is enjoy this magical moment to the fullest. It’s time for the gentle landing, once you’ve landed you’ll take off the equipment.
The pilot will download the pictures and videos to a memory card, ready for you to have a memory of this wonderful experience. Do not forget to bring comfortable clothing: jacket, gloves, sun cream, sunglasses and closed shoes (boots if possible). Restrictions
- Passengers under 18 years of age require the permission of a legal guardian. If there is no legal guardian at the flying location, the permission must be given in written form.
- Maximum weight limit is 100 KGs
- Special medical conditions should be declared by passenger before booking and the flight.
- Participants must under no circumstances be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- The customer undertakes to comply with the conditions of participation and strictly follow the instructions of the organizer, the pilot and the helper. If the conditions of participation are not fulfilled or the instructions are not followed, the organizer can exclude the participant from the activity without refund.
- No refunds available once the activity is started for the remaining amount.
Important!
- Launching requires running down a gentle slope, landing requires running a few paces. Passenger will seat comfortably during flight.
